Booking & Payment
All bookings must be made via Airbnb or Booking.com.
Full payment, cancellation, and refund terms are governed by the respective platform and will be displayed at the time of booking.
Guests must provide accurate contact information and valid government-issued ID when requested by the platform.
Check-In & Check-Out
Standard check-in time: 3:00 PM
Standard check-out time: 11:00 AM
Early check-in or late check-out may be accommodated upon prior request and are subject to availability and additional charges.
Identification & Guest Limit
The number of guests must not exceed what is listed in the booking. Unauthorized guests may lead to cancellation without refund.
ID verification may be required before check-in for safety and compliance purposes.
House Rules
No smoking is allowed indoors. Smoking is permitted only in designated outdoor areas.
Pets are only allowed in properties that are explicitly marked as pet-friendly.
Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM to respect neighbors and local community norms.
Events & Gatherings
Parties and large gatherings are not permitted unless approved in writing in advance by Aurika Holiday Homes.
To host an event or gathering, guests must submit a formal request.
Terms and conditions will apply, including additional deposits or service charges.
Unauthorized gatherings may result in immediate cancellation and removal without refund.
Property Use
The property must only be used for residential purposes during the stay.
Any damages or missing items will be charged to the guest as per the platform’s damage policy.
Guests are responsible for leaving the property in a tidy condition upon check-out.
Safety & Liability
Guests must ensure doors and windows are securely locked when leaving the property.
Aurika Holiday Homes is not liable for personal injury, loss, or damage to belongings during your stay.
Any safety concerns must be reported immediately to guest support.
Cancellations & Refunds
Please refer to the cancellation and refund policy stated on your Airbnb or Booking.com reservation.
Refunds, if applicable, are processed directly through the booking platform.
Changes to Terms
Aurika Holiday Homes reserves the right to update these terms and conditions at any time.
Continued use of our properties implies acceptance of the most current version.
