Q: Can I contact you directly to book?
A: At this time, all bookings must go through Airbnb or Booking.com to ensure secure payments and verified guest profiles.
Check-in & Check-out
Q: What are the check-in and check-out times?
A: Standard check-in is from 3:00 PM, and check-out is by 11:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability and additional charges.
Q: How do I check in?
A: Most of our homes offer self-check-in via key safes or smart locks. Full instructions will be shared by Airbnb/Booking.com messaging 24 hours before arrival.
Cancellations & Refunds
Q: What is your cancellation policy?
A: Cancellation and refund policies are governed by Airbnb or Booking.com and will be clearly visible at the time of booking. Please refer to the specific listing for details.
Q: How will I receive my refund?
A: Refunds are processed by the platform (Airbnb or Booking.com) to your original payment method, typically within 5–7 business days.

Q: Is smoking allowed?
A: Smoking is not allowed indoors. You may use designated outdoor spaces like balconies, if available.
Q: Are parties or large gatherings allowed?

During Your Stay
Q: Who do I contact if I face an issue during my stay?

Q: Is daily housekeeping included?
A: Cleaning is provided before check-in and after check-out. For stays longer than 7 days, weekly housekeeping can be arranged upon request.
